Eligibility Criteria

• Must hold a Law degree (LL.B. or B.A.LL.B.).
• At least 3 years of experience in child rights litigation.
• Knowledge of substantive and procedural child rights law, including POCSO and JJ Act.
• Proficient in drafting and pleading.
• Ability to argue cases before child-oriented forums in Jammu and Kashmir.

Stipend & Financial Benefits

The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹30,000 to support their work in child rights litigation.
