The Government of Rajasthan has launched the "Assistance for Digitization of Business Processes and Adoption of eCommerce" scheme under the Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024. Scheme Overview
The primary goal of this scheme is to provide financial aid to MSMEs for the acquisition of necessary software and equipment aimed at digitizing their business processes, as well as for registering on eCommerce platforms. The implementation of this scheme will be overseen by the Department of Industries and Commerce, specifically through the District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC), with the Office of the Commissioner serving as the nodal agency for supervision at the state level.

Eligibility Criteria
- The business must qualify as a Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in production.
- The enterprise should be based in Rajasthan.
- A valid Udyam Registration Certificate must be held by the applicant at the time of submission.
- Expenditure on digitization (software/equipment) must have occurred after the announcement of the Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024.
- Registration on an eCommerce platform must take place following the notification of the Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024.
- Each MSME can benefit from the scheme components only once.
Application Procedure
Offline Application Process:
- The applicant must download the application form (Annexure 6.1) from the official website.
- Complete all mandatory fields in the application form and attach necessary documents (self-attested if required).
- Submit the completed and signed application form along with the accompanying documents to the respective General Manager at the District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC).
Post-Application Steps:
- The General Manager of DICC will assess the application and present it to the District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) for approval.
- Once approved, the General Manager will issue an official approval letter.
- The sanctioned amount will be transferred to the enterprise's designated bank account.

Maximum Limit: ₹50,000/- per MSME.
Financial Reimbursement for eCommerce Platform Fee:
Reimbursement of 75% of the total fee (excluding shipping fees) charged by eCommerce platform.
Maximum Limit: ₹50,000/- per MSME.
Note: Assistance would only be eligible for one eCommerce platform per MSME.

Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the respective General Manager, District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC).
Post Application Process:
Step 1: Application will be evaluated by the GM, DICC and presented before the District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC).
Step 2: Upon approval, an official approval letter will be issued by GM, DICC.
Step 3: The approved amount will be disbursed to the authorized bank account of the enterprise.
