- Commercial production should have commenced within the operative period from October 5, 2022, to October 4, 2027.
- Applications must be submitted online within one year of the first loan disbursement date, the start date of commercial production, or the issuance date of the Government Resolution, whichever occurs last, and before the scheme's expiration date.
