Eligibility Criteria

<pTo qualify for the benefits of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Udyog Uday Yojana, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• The enterprise must be classified as Micro, Small, or Medium, operated by an SC/ST entrepreneur.
• A fixed capital investment must have been made in industrial infrastructure, specifically for water, gas, or approach road facilities.
• The infrastructure development should occur outside GIDC areas or industrial parks.
• The construction of approach roads must be certified for quality by a government-approved third party.
• Expenditures related to water and gas connections should pertain to connecting the industrial unit to the source.

Note: An SC/ST Enterprise is defined as one where the SC/ST entrepreneur holds at least 51% ownership.

Exclusions

It is important to note that any investment component of a project that has already received funding from another state government scheme will not be eligible for assistance under this program, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Online Registration Process:

1. Step 1: Navigate to the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) and select "New Investor Registration" to access the registration form.
2. Step 2: Complete the registration form and then click "Submit."
3. Step 3: Verify your email address using the link sent to your registered email.
4. Step 4: Post-verification, your registration will be successful.

Post-Registration Process:

1. Step 1: Return to the Investor Facilitation Portal and select "Login."
2. Step 2: Enter the email and password created during the registration.
3. Step 3: Click the "Login" button to access your account.
4. Step 4: Fill in the required business details and upload the necessary documents to complete your application.
