• Government Support: SC/ST entrepreneurs are required to pay only 30% of the shed's price to gain possession, allowing developers to claim the remaining assistance.
• Subsidized Costs: The government disburses 35% of the total shed cost post-sale, with the balance provided once production commences.

Eligibility Requirements

• The business must be classified as a Micro, Small, or Medium enterprise owned by an SC/ST entrepreneur.
• The industrial shed must be situated in a mini estate sanctioned by the government.
• The entrepreneur must pay 30% of the total shed cost to obtain possession.

Note: An SC/ST Enterprise is defined as one where the SC/ST entrepreneur holds a minimum of 51% ownership.

4. Successful Registration: After verification, your registration will be confirmed.

Post-Registration Steps

1. Login to the Portal: Return to the Investor Facilitation Portal and click "Login".
2. Enter Credentials: Input the email address and password used during registration.
3. Access Your Account: Click the "Login" button to enter your account.
4. Complete Application: Fill in the required information and upload necessary documents regarding your business to finalize the application.
