• The worker must be a permanent resident of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Employment in Building and Other Construction works is mandatory.
• Registration with the Labour Welfare Board (APB&OCWWB) is required.
• The worker’s membership should remain active.
• Children must have passed their Class X and XII Board examinations or its equivalent.
• One son and one daughter of the registered worker who achieve the highest marks in their district’s Metric examination are eligible.
