Application Procedure

Online Application Process

To apply for the Disability Pension online, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official portal: https://megbocwwb.gov.in/bocw_services/login.htm
2. Create a new account by selecting the ‘Worker’ option on the homepage and providing all necessary information.
3. After entering the details, click on ‘Register’. You will receive a confirmation message stating “Registered Successfully”.

For New Registration under MBOCWWB:

1. Log in using your User ID (Registered Mobile Number), Password, and Security Code.
2. After logging in, select ‘Apply for New Registration’ from the menu.
3. Complete the Registration Form with required details, including Personal, Service/Work, Bank, and Demographic Information.
4. Click ‘Submit’ to proceed.
5. Manage Family & Nominee Details by clicking ‘Add New’ after successful registration.
6. Upload necessary documents such as a Photograph, ID Proof, Employer Certificate/Self Certification, and Bank Passbook.
7. Finalize the registration by clicking the ‘Complete’ button.
8. Once verified by the Block/District LDA and approved by the District Labour Commissioner (DLC), you will receive a Registration Certificate.

7. Please note that applications cannot be updated once they are in process or completed.

Offline Application Procedure

To apply offline for the Disability Pension Scheme, follow these steps:

1. Submit a completed application form along with required documents to the Registering Officer in your area.
2. The Registering Officer will verify the details and register the worker as a beneficiary, issuing an identity card with the worker’s photograph.

To apply for the scheme benefits:

1. Submit a signed copy of the application form to your employer.
2. The employer must countersign the application and forward it to the Building & Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board for consideration.
