The scheme βEstablishment of Digital Learning Platformβ is implemented by the Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to establish Digital Learning Platform to provide training and career counseling on various subjects, including ICT orientation, emerging technologies, and more, through both online and offline modes for students of secondary schools across the state.

Eligibility Criteria
1. All students studying in secondary schools across Uttarakhand are eligible.
Application Process
Apply Offline
A five- or seven-day training on digital technology shall be provided to students through both online and offline modes in various secondary schools across the state.
