PMMSY: Establishment of Medium RAS / Biofloc Culture System – Haryana is a flagship aquaculture subsidy initiative designed to promote modern fish farming infrastructure in the state. Under this component of the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY), capital assistance is provided to fish farmers and entrepreneurs for setting up medium-scale Recirculatory Aquaculture Systems (RAS) and Biofloc culture systems.

The scheme operates under a 50:50 cost-sharing model between the Central Government and the State Government of Haryana.

Technical Specifications

  • Each tank of 30 cubic meters capacity

For applicants opting for the Biofloc model:

  • 25 tanks
