Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Castes category.
• Must be a resident of Gujarat.
• Should be engaged as an agricultural laborer.
• The annual income limit is set at ₹6,00,000 for both rural and urban areas.
• Only one family member is entitled to benefit from the scheme.
• Beneficiaries who acquire land through this scheme must refrain from selling it for 15 years.
• Assistance is applicable for purchasing land from both government and private sellers.

Application Procedure

Interested applicants are required to follow the online application process outlined below:

1. Visit the e-Samaj Kalyan Portal.
2. On the homepage, navigate to the ‘Citizen Login’ section and select ‘New User Please Register Here’.
3. Fill in the required fields including your full name (as per Aadhaar), gender, date of birth, Aadhaar number, email ID, and caste, then click on ‘Register’.
4. Once registered, log in using your User ID and Password.
5. Click on ‘User Profile’ to update your information.
6. Complete all mandatory fields and click ‘Update’.
7. After updating, select the scheme from the homepage, which will open the application form.
8. Fill out the application form with all necessary details and upload relevant documents.
9. Agree to the terms and conditions and click on ‘Save Application’.
10. Submit the application and print a copy for future reference. You can track your application status using your User ID and Password.
