About This Scheme
The scheme “Kishan Kalpvriksh Yojana (Scheme for Assistance to APMCs to Provide Basic and Modern Facilities) (General)” by the Agriculture and Co-operation Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to strengthen the infrastructure of agricultural markets in light of the increased competition resulting from globalization, liberalization, and the entry of private players into the agricultural sector. To encourage direct selling by farmers and reduce intermediaries in the market chain.
