About This Scheme
The “Mukhyamantri Protsahan Yojana” by the Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development Department, Government of Jharkhand, aims to support unemployed individuals who have completed short-term skill training programs aligned with the National Qualification Framework (NSQF). Under this scheme, candidates receive a financial incentive to enhance their employability.
Benefits
A financial incentive of âš5,000/- per annum for eligible candidates.
Special categories like widows, abandoned women, primitive tribes, and persons with disabilities receive an additional 50% incentive.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be unemployed (not employed in the public/private sector or self-employed).
The applicant must be registered in a Jharkhand employment exchange.
The applicant should have completed a skill training course conducted by a government ITI, polytechnic, or other government vocational institutes aligned with NSQF.
The applicant must not have availed of any similar incentive under another scheme.
The applicant must be a domicile of Jharkhand.
The applicant should have a valid bank account and Aadhaar card.
The applicant should not have been convicted of a crime with a sentence of 48 hours or more.
The applicant must be between 18 to 35 years old on the date of employment exchange registration (relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST candidates).

Apply Offline
Step 1: The interested applicant downloads the application form
(Annexure-I)
from the official website.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the respective training institute/department.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the respective training institute/department to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
