About This Scheme
The “Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana” was launched by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training and Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand. The scheme aims to provide industry-relevant skill development training for youth in Jharkhand, aligning with NSQF standards. Implemented by JSDMS across all 24 districts, it offers free training to enhance employability and self-employment opportunities. The scheme ensures quality training with a focus on marginalized communities, including SC/ST, women, PwD, and transgender individuals.
Benefits
Free Training: Industry-aligned, high-quality skill development training at no cost.
Holistic Development: Includes soft skills and IT training for better employability.
Essential Materials Provided: Uniforms, participant handbooks, and required tools for free.
Financial Support:
Rozgar Protsahan Bhatta βΉ1,000/month for boys and βΉ1,500/month for girls, transgender, and PwD for one year if unemployed after training.
βΉ1,000/month transport allowance for non-residential trainees.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand.
The applicant’s age should be 18-35 years.
The applicant must belong to one of the priority groups (SC/ST, women, PwD, transgender).

Candidate registration by TSP:
The candidate visits the nearest
Training Service Provide Center
for registration under the “Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojna” scheme.
NOTE: Candidate registration would be Aadhaar-based & hence Aadhaar number at the time of candidate registration would be mandatory.
Apply Online
Self-Registration by Candidate:
Visit the
Jharkhand Skill Development Mission
official website.
Click on βCandidate Registrationβ under the βRegistrationβ tab.
Create Profile:
Provide basic information such as First Name, Last Name, Username, Password, Identity Type (e.g., Aadhaar), Identity Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number, and Email.
Submit to receive a User ID and Password via SMS and email.
Login and OTP Validation:
Log in using the provided Username and Password.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to activate the User ID.
Manage Profile:
After login, access the βRegistrationβ link.
Update and save user profile details such as Personal information and optional bank account details.
Contact and Educational Qualification Information:
Enter and save your contact details, including address and communication preferences.
Fill in education details if literate, or select preferred languages if illiterate.
Save and submit information to the Training Service Provider (TSP).
Registration ID Generation:
On final submission, the system generates a unique Registration ID and notifications for successful registration will be sent via SMS and email.
NOTE: Aadhaar number is mandatory for registration and prevents duplicate entries.
