About This Scheme
The βMonthly Pension for the Maintenance of the Parents of the Martyred Soldier of the Armyβ scheme was launched by the Home Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance for the maintenance and livelihood of parents of martyred soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.
Benefits
A pension of βΉ10,000 per month is provided to the parents of martyred soldiers.
Eligibility Criteria
The martyred soldier must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
The applicant must be the mother or father of a martyred soldier.
The martyred soldier whose death has been recognized as a battle casualty by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
The annual income of the applicant’s parents must be less than βΉ10,000.

Registration
Step 1: Visit the official website of “

“, and click “Log-in”.
Step 2: In the online registration form, fill the following mandatory fields: Email ID, Mobile Number. Create a password and confirm. Finally, click “Submit” to complete the registration.
Step 3: After successful registration, the User ID and Password will be generated.
Application
Step 1: Visit the official website. Sign in using your Username and Password created during registration.
Step 2: Navigate to the online form of the scheme. In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size.
Step 3: Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections. Click “Save Application”. You’ll receive a confirmation message upon successful submission of the application, along with an “application number”. Click “Print Application” to print the application.

Application Process
Step 1: The interested applicant (parent of the martyred soldier) should visit (during office hours) the District Sainik Welfare Office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the respective District Sainik Welfare Office.
Post-Application Process
Step 1: The District Sainik Welfare Office verifies the application and supporting documents.
Step 2: Upon verification, the case is forwarded to the Directorate of Sainik Welfare, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, for approval and fund allocation.
Step 3: The Directorate allocates the pension amount to the concerned District Sainik Welfare Office.
Step 4: The District Office deposits the monthly pension directly into the beneficiaryβs bank account.
