- General Category: 40% of the unit cost or the actual costs, whichever is lower, will be provided as a subsidy.
- Women, Scheduled Caste (SC), and Scheduled Tribe (ST) Categories: 60% of the unit cost or the actual costs, whichever is lower, will be provided as a subsidy.
Note: Assistance is a one-time provision for each beneficiary and is funded through a collaboration between the Government of India and the State Government.
Eligibility Requirements
<pTo qualify for this scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be an individual, society, self-help group, association, reservoir leaseholder, or private entity involved in inland fisheries.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a personal bank account.
- Must own private land or have a minimum 10-year lease agreement for land to receive construction assistance. In cases of co-ownership, consent from all co-owners is necessary.
- Must provide proof of identity via a Voter ID, Ration Card, Aadhaar Card, or Passport.
Priority and Reservations
Assistance will be available to all applicant categories, including:
- General Category
- Women
- Scheduled Caste (SC)
- Scheduled Tribe (ST)
SC and ST applicants must present a valid certificate to access benefits under this scheme.
Application Process
Interested candidates can apply online by following these steps:
- Visit the I-Khedut Portal to initiate the application process.
- Click on 'Login' located at the top right corner and select "Beneficiary Registration." Choose between 'Farmer,' 'Institutional,' or 'Except For the Farmer' as your beneficiary type.
- If applicable, provide your 'Company Name' and Address. Select your District, Taluka, and Village, specify your account holder type, and enter your Account Number and Name. Complete the Captcha and click 'Save and Next.'
- Enter your Mobile Number and Email address, click 'Send OTP,' input the received OTP, create and confirm a Password, complete the Captcha, and click 'Submit.'
Login Process
- Go to the I-Khedut Portal.
- Select 'Login' from the homepage's top right corner. Navigate to ‘Schemes’ and select ‘Agricultural Schemes.’
- Choose the desired scheme, click the ‘Apply’ button, and the application page will appear.
- Click the "Apply New" button to submit a new application.
- Use the "Update Application" button for any necessary corrections.
- Once the application is complete, confirm it.
- Print the confirmed application for your records.

And for all select the District, Taluka, and Village, choose 'what type of account holder you are?', enter your Account Number and Name, solve the Captcha, and click 'Save and Next'.
Step 4: Enter your Mobile Number and E-mail address, click 'Send OTP', enter the received OTP, create and confirm a Password, solve the Captcha, and click 'Submit'.

Step 5: Click on the "Update Application" button to add corrections to the application.
Step 6: Once the application is done, confirm it.
