Registration

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of “

Step 2: On the homepage, click “Citizen Registration”. You will be taken to the registration page.

Step 3: On the registration page, fill in all the mandatory fields (name, mobile number, gender, and captcha) and click “Verify Mobile Number.”

Step 4: A verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the code and complete the registration.

Application

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of “Madhya Pradesh Lok Sewa Guarantee Portal”.

Step 2: Enter your User ID, Password, and Captcha Code, and click “Login.”

Step 3: Click on “Apply Online Service” and select the scheme you intend to apply for.

Step 4: In the scheme’s online application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size (fields marked with * are mandatory), and click “Submit”.

NOTE: The applicant must inform the incident within 3 days of the damage as per Revenue Book Circular, Volume 6, Clause 4.

Apply Offline

Application Process:

Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the Tehsildar, Additional Tehsildar, or Naib Tehsildar Office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.

Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Tehsildar, Additional Tehsildar, or Naib Tehsildar.

Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the Tehsildar, Additional Tehsildar, or Naib Tehsildar Office to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).

Post- Application Process:

Step 1: The Revenue Officer, in coordination with the Forest Department, assesses the extent of crop damage as per Madhya Pradesh Revenue Book Circular, Volume 6, Clause 4.

Step 2: Based on the assessment, the compensation amount is determined and sanctioned.

Step 3: The sanctioned amount is disbursed to the farmer via e-payment within 30 working days.
