“Rent Subsidy” under “Motivation of Entrepreneurs to Start Industries and Fiscal Assistance to Industries”

This scheme aims to support SC/ST and women entrepreneurs who have initiated production on or after 27-3-2002 in a rented building. It provides rent subsidy for the first five years from the commencement of commercial production on a tapering basis, with a max ceiling of ₹5,000 per month.
