About This Scheme

The β€œRotavator/Thresher Machine Equipment Assistance Scheme” was launched by the Tribal Development Department, Government of Gujarat. The scheme aims to strengthen agricultural mechanization and improve the productivity of Scheduled Tribe farmers in tribal areas. Under this scheme, tribal farmers are provided with financial assistance to purchase essential farm machinery such as a 6-feet rotavator or a thresher machine, which they cannot afford due to poor economic conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant should be a farmer.

The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Tribes (ST) category.

The applicant should belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family.

The applicant should be a resident of tribal or forest areas of Gujarat.

The applicant should be a farmer dependent on agriculture as the main source of livelihood.

The applicant should intend to use the machinery for self-employment and agricultural purposes.

Application Process:

Step 1: Visit the

Step 2: Click on Beneficiary Registration. A

new page

will appears. Select “New beneficiary registration” if you are registering for the first time.

Step 3: Register by entering your Ration Card Number and Mobile Number, then click GET OTP.

Step 4: Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received on your mobile number and click Register.

Step 5: Upon successful registration, a Success pop-up will appear.

Step 6: Select your Applicant Type from the available options: Livestock Keeper, Farmer and Livestock Keeper, or Student/Trainee. Click Save.

Step 7: Fill in the General Details, Personal Details, Bank Details, as required, and click the Proceed button. Confirm by clicking OK on the pop-up.

Step 8: Upload the required documents by clicking Choose File and then Upload File.

Step 9: After uploading all documents, a window will appear. Click View to check each document. If any document was uploaded incorrectly, click Delete and re-upload it.

Step 10: Once all documents are verified, click the Proceed button. Confirm by clicking OK on the pop-up.

Step 11: After completing these steps, your profile will be created, and the portal dashboard will be displayed.

Tracking Process:

Step 2: Click on “Application Status”. A pop-up window will appear.

Step 3: Select the “Scheme name” from the options provided.

Step 4: Enter your application number in the designated field.

Step 5: Click on “Application Status” again to view the status of your application.
