About This Scheme
The “Self Employment Scheme” was launched by the Tribal Development Department, Government of Gujarat. The scheme aims to provide financial support to unemployed tribal individuals by offering affordable loans for self-employment opportunities. Under this scheme, loans ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000 are provided at a concessional interest rate to enable beneficiaries to start any of the 85 identified businesses.

Monetary Benefit: Loan assistance between ₹50,000 and ₹5,00,000, depending on the chosen business activity.
Interest Rate: 4% per annum.
Coverage: Applicable for 85 different types of businesses as identified by the department.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be a resident of Gujarat.
The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.
The applicant must be unemployed at the time of applying.

Select the scheme name “Foreign Study”.
Fill the registration form: Full Name (as per Aadhaar Card), Gender, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Uder name, Password for login, Confirm Password.
Click on the “Sign Up.
After successful registration, User ID and Password will be generated.
Application Process
Enter User ID, Password, and Captcha Code.
After login, schemes applicable to your caste will be displayed.
Click on the scheme you want to apply for.
Fill the “Application Form” and upload the required documents
Click Save Application. The system will generate an Application Number.
Click Print Application.
