Application Process

Online Application Method

To apply online, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP): Access the portal and click on “New Investor Registration” to retrieve the registration form.
2. Complete the Registration Form: Fill out all required fields and click “Submit.”
3. Email Verification: Check your registered email for a verification link and click on it to verify your account.
4. Successful Registration: After verification, you will successfully complete your registration.

Post-Registration Steps

1. Login to the IFP: Return to the Investor Facilitation Portal and click on “Login.”
2. Enter Credentials: Provide the email address and password used during registration.
3. Access Your Account: Click the “Login” button to enter your account.
4. Complete Application: Fill in all the necessary details and upload mandatory documents related to your business to finalize the application process.

Offline Application Method

To apply offline, follow these steps:

1. Submit Application: Fill out the prescribed application form and attach the required documents, then submit them to the Industries Commissionerate.
2. Review Process: The Industries Commissionerate will review your submission and may request additional details within 15 days.
3. Site Visit: Your application will be passed to the General Manager of the District Industries Centre (DIC) for a site visit and inspection report.
4. Registration Certificate: Based on the inspection report, the Industries Commissionerate may issue a registration certificate.

Sanction Procedure

1. Submit for Sanction: After the project layout plan is approved, submit a detailed project report along with a prescribed application to the Industries Commissionerate.
2. Scrutiny of Application: The Industries Commissionerate will conduct a thorough review and request any missing information within 15 days.
3. Presentation to Screening Committee: Applicants must present their project to a Screening Committee chaired by the Industries Commissioner.
4. Approval Process: Following the committee’s feedback, the application will be reviewed by the Sanctioning Authority for final approval in accordance with scheme guidelines.
