About this Scheme
The “Sanctioning of Touch Phone to Hearing Challenged – Speech Impaired” aims to provide touch phones to hearing and speech-impaired individuals who know sign language as per the Action Plan 2017-18. The Assistant Directors, Department for the Welfare of Different, distribute the touch phones.
