The scheme β€œToolkit Assistance” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (UKBOCWWB) under the Labour Department, Government of Uttarakhand. The applicant must be a construction worker registered with the Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

Application Process

Apply Online – via CSC

The online application can be submitted through Shramik Suvidha Kendras.

A self-attested photocopy of the Shramik Card, Aadhaar Card, and Self-Declaration Certificate must be submitted along with the application form.

After departmental verification, the construction worker is provided with a toolkit, which may include hand gloves and other construction-related tools.

Each beneficiary is eligible to receive this benefit only once in their lifetime.
