The scheme “Uttarakhand@25 Adarsh Champawat” is implemented by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) under the Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to develop Champawat district as a model district with the broader objective of positioning Uttarakhand as a model state for other Himalayan regions.

Uttarakhand@25 “Adarsh Champawat” aims to develop Champawat district as a model district under the vision of the Honorable Chief Minister, with the broader goal of making Uttarakhand a model for other Himalayan states. The Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST), Dehradun, has been designated as the nodal agency. In this context, UCOST is working to develop the district as an ideal district by coordinating with NGOs, self-help groups, various state and central government departments, and other institutions operating in Champawat district.
Eligibility Criteria
The beneficiaries must be farmers, entrepreneurs, self-help groups, students, researchers, and the general public of Champawat district of Uttarakhand.

The selection of beneficiaries will be facilitated by constructing various complexes across all four blocks of Champawat district.
