About This Scheme
The “Vivah Sahayata Yojana” was launched on 17th September 2021, under the Labor Welfare Board, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Under this scheme, βΉ15,000 is provided per case for the marriage of a daughter (above 18 years of age) of workers/employees working in institutions covered under the Madhya Pradesh Labor Welfare Fund Act, 1982, or to a female worker herself.

Eligibility Criteria
For Registration
The applicant should be working in an industrial establishment covered under the Madhya Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Act 1982.
The applicant should be employed in the establishment for at least one year.
The applicant should be from an establishment that regularly contributes to the Board.
The applicant should be submitting the application form 15 days before or within 60 days after the wedding.
The bride should be at least 18 years old, and the groom should be at least 21 years old.
The applicant should not have availed marriage assistance under any other scheme.
For Application
The applicant should be a daughter of a worker/employee in a covered institution.
The applicant daughter should be above 18 years of age.
The worker or institution should be covered under the Madhya Pradesh Labor Welfare Fund Act, 1982.
Application Process
Apply Online
Step-1: Applicant need to visit the

Step-2: Applicant need to download the online fill out
application form
or download the blank form.
Step-3: Now on
portal
select the district Name and choose the option “
Lok Seva Kendra
” and visit nearest location.
Step-4: Applicant need to submit the application form with required documents.
Step-5: After completing the form and uploading the documents, click Submit.
Appeal Process
If the applicant disagrees with the cancellation of the application or if the application is not resolved within the given timeframe, they have the right to appeal online.
1. First Appeal
The first appeal can be made against the order of the designated officer.
It should be submitted to the Assistant Welfare Commissioner, M.P. Labour Welfare Board.
The appeal will be reviewed and resolved within 30 working days.
2. Second Appeal
If dissatisfied with the decision of the first appellate officer, a second appeal can be filed.
This appeal should be presented to the Welfare Commissioner, M.P. Labour Welfare Board for further review and resolution.
Apply Offline
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the Regional Office of the Board and Labor Welfare Centers the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the concerned authority.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the authority.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
NOTE: Ensure that the application is submitted within the prescribed period, if any.
