Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the benefits under this scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must be an artisan or part of a group associated with an industrial cooperative society.
- Applicants should be aged between 18 to 60 years.
- Engagement in a traditional craft or trade using hand tools, equipment, or small machines is essential.
- Registration in the State Portal for artisans and weavers is mandatory.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of West Bengal for a minimum of ten years.

- Applications can be submitted by individual artisans or through Cooperative Societies.
