Eligibility Criteria

• For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):

  • Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech. in first division with a valid GATE score or M.E./M.Tech. in first division.
  • Disciplines: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
• For Research Associate (RA):
  • Age: Under 35 years as of 5th June 2024.
  • Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.E./M.Tech. with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Research Publication: At least one research paper published in an SCI Journal.
• Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Stipend & Financial Benefits

• Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): ₹37,000 per month with HRA and medical facilities.
• Research Associateship (RA): ₹67,000 per month with HRA and medical facilities.
