Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Indian citizen or a person of Indian origin (PIO/NRI).
- Age limit: 32 years for General, 37 years for SC/ST/Women, and 42 years for persons with disabilities as of 1st January 2024.
- Must hold a 1st rank with a minimum of 70% marks or equivalent CGPA in a postgraduate examination in basic/applied sciences.
- Alternatively, must be an INSPIRE scholar with a minimum of 70% marks in M.Sc. or Integrated M.S./M.Sc. course.
Stipend & Financial Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹50,000, along with a contingency grant of ₹1,00,000 per annum. Additionally, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per government norms based on the location of the host institution.
